Built so a signature holds up
A signature is only worth the evidence behind it. Signensure is engineered around integrity, isolation, and provability, from the moment a document is uploaded to the day someone needs to verify it in a dispute years later.
Encrypted & isolated
Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit, and every account’s data lives in its own logically isolated store, never co-mingled with another customer’s.
Tamper-evident audit trail
Every action (viewed, signed, declined, reminded) is written once to an append-only, hash-chained log. Altering history breaks the chain, so tampering is detectable.
Signer authentication
Single-use, time-limited links by default. Add an access code, SMS passcode, or government-ID verification so only the intended person can open and sign.
Cryptographic sealing
On Sealed, finished documents are bound with an organization certificate and a trusted timestamp, verifiable proof they haven’t changed, and of exactly when.
Write-once archive
Sealed documents and their certificates are locked in a write-once, read-many store. They can’t be altered or deleted after the fact.

How your document is protected, end to end
Fingerprinted on arrival
Each file is hashed (SHA-256) the moment it’s uploaded and stored encrypted. That fingerprint is the anchor everything else is checked against.
Encrypted links, scoped access
Signing links are opaque, single-use, and expiring. The public signing service can only ever reach the one document it’s serving, never your wider account.
Every action recorded
Views, authentications, signatures, and declines are logged with time and hash-chained, so the record can’t be quietly rewritten.
Sealed & certified
The finished PDF is sealed, timestamped, archived write-once, and issued with a Certificate of Completion listing every signer and the document fingerprint.
